Reliable Storage Solution is Now Delivered by QSAN and Seagate Collaboration

Taipei, Taiwan – June 18, 2019 – QSAN Technology Inc., in collaboration with Seagate Technology, has announced the integration of IronWolf® Health Management into QSAN Storage Manager (QSM) 3.1.5. This new feature enhances disk monitoring and diagnostics for XCubeNAS, delivering an improved user experience and bolstering data protection for SMB and entry enterprise data centers.

Advanced Data Protection and Monitoring

IronWolf Health Management, combined with ZFS, provides users with comprehensive solutions for data security and integrity. IronWolf continuously monitors the health of hard drives, offering prevention, intervention, and recovery by analyzing disk parameters. Meanwhile, QSM’s ZFS integration ensures data integrity and enables disaster recovery, making XCubeNAS a highly reliable and efficient storage system.

Manish Agarwal, Seagate’s Senior Director of Product Management, and Phil Tai, Director of QSAN, expressed their satisfaction with the collaboration. The QSM 3.1.5 update is now available for XCubeNAS users via QSAN’s website or through the Control Panel in XCubeNAS systems.
